the challenge

the client was evaluating the market for a unified and centralized digital workspace solution, also covering aspects of workflow automation, content management and robust, intelligent reporting capabilities whilst integrating seamlessly into its ERP and CRM solution suites


a core focus of the client was also to implement a mobile workforce whereby the employees utilize portable devices (including smartphones, tablets etc.) to input, retrieve and view data from various systems


the solution expected was a properly configured real estate management, CRM and facility management solution using mobile applications along with web portals for both internal and external users and integration with partners and suppliers


our client is one of the region’s premier real estate development and marketing firms with a portfolio of over 3,500 residential and commercial units across the UAE

the type of buildings managed by the client range from villas, warehouses, medium/ high rise buildings, to shopping malls located in Dubai’s central and commercial areas

the solution

the client chose oryx to migrate all Microsoft on-premise solutions to Office 365 including Microsoft Outlook/Exchange as well as SharePoint, Dynamics Business Central and integrating the environment in to Salesforce CRM 


Microsoft Kaizala and Teams were the selected solutions to implement mobile communications, all corporate mobile electronic assets are centrally managed via mobile device management Microsoft Intune 


oryx asset management was deployed and all company assets were tagged and registered in the system, integrated in to both ERP and CRM environment

the client today fully operates in the cloud and in a truly mobile environment


all core business processes are automated with relevant approval workflows in place, all tenant data, work order documentation and supplier service level agreements are stored securely, with fully centralized administration and document access control


the application is tightly integrated in to core business process applications including CRM and ERP and has led to massive improvements in processing time, data quality and data governance
